A New Step Forward
The launch of the new pilot program represents the next evolution of the iSense brand, removing friction from the buying experience and bringing the personalized comfort discovery process directly to where people live and work. It follows the recent launch of the company鈥檚 pilot store in Springfield, Missouri, which opened in late 2024. As the company discovered when it opened its first physical location, customers appreciated the ability to test mattresses in person before buying.聽
With the pilot program pairing the in-person experience with mobile convenience, iSense is expanding its reach even further. If the pilot program proves successful, iSense plans to roll out four additional mobile showrooms per quarter for the next five years. These will deploy in cities across the country, giving iSense a physical presence nationwide.
Currently, iSense offers several avenues for customers worldwide to shop online. In addition to the company鈥檚 website, customers can book virtual consultations or engage in live chat with a real person, often receiving a response within seconds. To give customers enough time to find their preferred comfort level, the company notes that they provide a 180-Night Comfort Guarantee, which offers a full refund within the first six months. Together with the retail location and the new Mobile Showroom, customers can shop for mattresses however they prefer.
