In 2014, a hare-brained restaurant critic proposed a wild idea to his editors at the Post-Dispatch: an annual list of the best, most exciting restaurants in the 最新杏吧原创 metro area. Not only would I visit all 100 restaurants (and more) to make this list, but I would return to each of them the next year and the year after that鈥�.
