Regarding Tony Messenger's column "Eclectic and growing coalition tries to save the rhythm of ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´" (April 21): I appreciate Messenger's attention to the current KDHX situation, but think he should have mentioned parallels with other ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ experiences.
There’s Carl Icahn's his destruction and dispersal of TWA. There's Chris Keating's selling off of the Riverfront Times. There's Bill Bidwill's relocation of the football Cardinals to Arizona. There's Stan Kroenke's relocation of the Rams to Los Angeles.
Maybe KDHX's management should be included with these others who have sold out ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ (or tried to) in what should be called the ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Hall of Shame.
