鈥淥ne of the reasons why I do not want to replace the fence is because I have trained these raspberry bushes,鈥 said homeowner Rochelle Skolnick on Thursday, June 8, 2023, along the 8000 block of Audrain Drive in Bel-Nor. After Bel-Nor officials approved a new wooden fence for her yard, the city now wants her move her chain-link back or replace it with a wooden one. 鈥淚t鈥檚 about $7,000. I don鈥檛 want to replace a perfectly good fence,鈥 Skolnick said.
