ST. CHARLES COUNTY 鈥 A 20-year-old Indian student spent months trapped in homes across St. Charles County and was forced to do chores, work and endure severe beatings at the hands of his cousin and two other men, authorities said.
St. Charles County prosecutors said Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, that a 20-year-old college student from India was held in this home in the 3900 block of Highway D in Defiance, where he was forced to do chores and was beaten repeatedly over the course of several months.
