ST. LOUIS 鈥 Celebrated coffee shop Brew Tulum is backing out of its plans to develop a cafe and restaurant on Laclede鈥檚 Landing, and has stopped selling coffee there.

Mike Lawder, attorney for聽Brew Tulum, said he and his clients were shocked by the judgment, filed last month, and plan to appeal.
