To complete their 18th comeback win of the season, the Cardinals received a lead on Lars Nootbaar's two-run homer and saw an ABS Challenge come in handy in the ninth.
After seeing their scoring chances evaporate in the sixth and seventh innings, the Cardinals' threat of a comeback was completed in the eighth on Saturday at Busch Stadium. Lars Nootbaar's two-run blast did the trick.
As Marmol planned, right-hander Hunter Dobbins made two long-relief appearance before he is set to make an upcoming scheduled start next week.聽
