  • 0

Julian Alcala walks out of the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024 after a judge released him on bond. Alcala has pleaded not guilty to 21 charges in a federal indictment that accuses the former Florissant officer of pulling over 20 victims over for traffic stops, demanding to see their insurance cards on their phones, taking their phones back to his patrol car, searching for nude photos and then taking his own photos of those pictures and videos.
