ST. LOUIS COUNTY — Two teenagers were still missing Sunday after fleeing a children's facility in north ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ County two days ago, according to police.
The teens were last seen Friday, the ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ County Police Department posted on Facebook.
Police said the teens ran away from Every Child's Hope, a residential treatment facility and school at 8240 St. Charles Rock Road.
Kameron Brown, 14, from the ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ area, had been wearing a black jacket and black pants. Kameron is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds.
Zakhia Hinkle, 15, was dressed in all-black clothing. Police did not release her height and weight. She is from the Kansas City area and is not believed to have family or friends in the ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ area, police said.Â
A 2023 story in the Kansas City Star reported that a 12-year-old named Zakhia Hinkle had been found after going missing.
Tim Alim, spokesperson for STL Fertility, said the clinic denies the allegations in the lawsuit.
