With its 8-foot tall windows, welcoming entrance and brickwork on the fa莽ade the former St. Agnes School in Benton Park, built in 1904, attracted him from the start in his search for a home of his own.
Pavalko loves to cook and entertain friends in his space and he鈥檚 got a good kitchen to do it in. He is so tall he can even reach the tallest cabinets in the high vaulted space.

A view of the open plan living room and kitchen island from above demonstrates Pavalko's ability to integrate pattern and texture into the room. The furniture placement allows for good fellowship and conversation with friends and a comfy place to watch movies and television on his own.
