There鈥檚 no television in this upstairs common room, which was once the primary bedroom. It鈥檚 set up for conversations with friends.

Kunz鈥檚 balcony spans the back of the house and makes for a peaceful place for dogs and people to hang out, enjoy the view with a glass of wine and maybe eat breakfast at a high-top table with two stools at the other end of the balcony.
