NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ST. PETERS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Board of Adjustment of the City of St. Peters, Missouri will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at City Hall located on St. Peters Centre Boulevard at Mexico Road. The following petition will be considered at that time. PETITION VAR 24-10 Sandy Russell requests a variance to construct a fence that exceeds six (6) feet in height in the R-2 Two Family Residential District. The property is located on the south side of Deer Grove Drive, east of Old Salt Lick Road (25 Deer Grove Drive). All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written and oral comment.
